there will be fair exhibits (enter crafts by deadline “TBA”, let us know if
you’re interested); and other events scheduled include: horseshoes; cribbage;
beanbag toss; poker walk; kiddies races/entertainment, etc.)

SPN rules apply, together with our own rules (our rules subject to Ump’s

all players must be at least 16 years of age to participate in any

NB: player(s) not 18 years of age
MUST HAVE WRITTEN PARENTAL CONSENT to be eligible
(if any team plays with ineligible player(s) this will constitute a
forfeit)

free limited camping with designated fire pits only (firewood on
site, $25.00 payable per team for entire weekend, pay
@ concession when pick up team packages)

NO reservations or hookups (full hookups available @ local resorts;
however, due to some privatization or seasonal rentals only with NO overnight
camping available, we suggest resorts be contacted directly to confirm
availability)
$
access to camping restricted to check in time NO earlier than Friday noon
and campers must be out by Sunday evening, strictly enforced
$
on site security on tournament weekends
$
concession booth operated from half hour prior to first game played each
day to half hour after the last game completed each day
$
washrooms & showers available
$
cabarets to be held on Saturday evenings for the tournaments held in June
and July, music by DJ and usually held between 9:00 p.m. and 2:00 a.m.
$
Fair Days tournament held in August will have special entertainment to
include meal; however, information regarding this event is not available at this
time. For tickets, please contact

There is NO cabaret on Saturday
evening.
NB: As SPN rules are
very strict regarding the use of illegal bats (lengthy suspension for player, as
well as the team manager), we urge you to check bats prior to usage in our
tournaments. Go to SPN website for
more information on illegal bats.
